mistreatment

i had high hopes for this place, only to be greeted with roaches crawling on my floor, and a rat sighting reported by my children! imagine my disappointment when no one offered me an upgrade for my troubles. the only comfort was the confusion at check-in, what an absolute circus. i almost wanted to like it, but just couldn’t.

The good outweighs the bad (barely)

Comfortable beds made for a decent night’s sleep, and breakfast was DELICIOUS! ! The staff was friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Rooms appeared worn and not as clean as expected. a few issues with amenities like maintenance and stains on towels.

The owner treated us like royalty, offering complimentary ice-cold bottled water after a long drive.

Unfortunately, we experienced issues with Wi-Fi connectivity in our room during our stay.

Two friendly staff members greeted us at check-in.

Our experience was marred by cleanliness issues. The bathroom sink didn’t work, and there were noticeable signs of dirt throughout the room. We were shocked to find ants in the bathroom and a lack of basic amenities like toilet paper.
